  When I had to move away for work, I had no idea how I would manage renting and keeping up my home in Hayward. Most of the property management companies I talked to gave lots of assurances, but not many specifics. Aapex was the exception. Their website gave me all the details I needed to feel like I knew what I was getting myself into. They have been amazing over the past 3 years, finding renters, managing minor repairs (nothing big so far, keeping my fingers crossed!), and keeping me informed about what is going on with monthly statements and annual inspection reports that make it clear my families' home is in good hands.
