  If you can, don't move here. The property manager absolutely does not care about your concerns or problems. She is unfriendly and never on the property either, so in case of emergencies, don't rely on her to do anything. She will take her sweet time to ever reply to you via email or call/text. The apartments themselves are clean, small, and for the price they charge is definitely not worth it. I understand the demand and cost of living in the Bay Area is high, but for the hefty price they keep asking for and will raise within a year of you moving in, their customer service is horrible. Worst property manager that I have ever had to deal with.
